		<description>Oh Deb!  That looks fabulous!  Delicious!  I&#039;m jealous!  Do you cook like that?  I&#039;ve often thought of taking classes to learn to make some Chinese dishes.  One thing that is so impressive is the attention to presentation.  It&#039;s all so beautiful, too.  Well, except maybe the mushrooms.  Ha-ha.  But even they look appealing enough for me to try them.  Thanks for sharing this.</description>
