“Lose weight or Lose my health” Plan 

exercise busy schedule Lose weight or Lose my health Plan

End Goal:

  • Lose 30kg
  • 60% of fat
  • 25 cm off my waist and hips

Purpose:

  • Vanity
  • Health
  • Wear nice (and cheaper) clothes
  • Wear nice bridesmaid gown in January

Duration: May 2009 till whenever I meet the goals

Tools:

  • Gym
  • Personal Trainer
  • Weight Loss medical programme at hospital

Frequency:

  • 2x/wk Personal Trainer (aka paying to be tortured) – 1hour each
  • 2x/wk cardio workout at gym – 1 hour each
  • 1x/wk walk my doggy – 30 minutes
  • Bi-monthly see the doctor and dietitian to track my progress and advice me (aka get scolded for eating Kentucky Fried Chicken)

Sounds heard along the way:

  • Ouch
  • Pain
  • Help
  • AHHHHH
  • I feel old
  • TORTUREEEEE!!!
